PCB Assembly & Electronics Manufacturing Services
Your design, made real
Prototype and production PCB assembly, box builds, and complete system integration. Full-service electronics manufacturing services from concept through production.
The search for an electronics contract manufacturer who actually cares about quality should not be so difficult. Many shops treat each job as commodity work: make the boards, send them out, let the customer worry about any issues.
We take a different approach. Whether you need a one-off prototype or ongoing production runs, we bring the same level of engineering expertise to every build. We are AS9100/ISO9001 certified, our assemblies are fully traceable, and if there are problems, we take responsibility and fix them.

Who We Work With
Whether you need rapid prototype PCB assembly for design validation or
custom electronics manufacturing for ongoing production, we maintain
aerospace-grade quality standards on every build.

Engineering Teams
Your design is complete and now you need prototypes for validation
testing, proof-of-concept demonstrations, or pilot programs. You need fast
turnaround without sacrificing quality, and you want a shop that provides
honest DFM feedback before you commit to production.
Our prototype and low volume PCB assembly builds include the same level of documentation and traceability as our production builds. The transition from prototyping to production is seamless: same team, same process, same quality.
Product Companies
You need a supplier that can manufacture your products at volume, allowing you to focus on sales and customer support. That means reliable supply chain management and a supplier that answers when you call with questions.
We provide turnkey PCB assembly: component sourcing, inventory management, assembly, test, and fulfillment. We deliver finished products to your door.

Need Design Help First?
If you are still developing your product, our engineering team provides PCB design, firmware development, and mechanical design services.
Contract Electronics Manufacturing Services
Our electronics manufacturing services cover the full production lifecycle - from prototype assembly through ongoing production runs.

PCB Assembly Services
Our SMT assembly lines handle components ranging from 0201 passives through fine-pitch QFPs and BGAs. Depending on your requirements, we run either leaded or lead-free processes with full temperature profiling for each assembly.
Every board undergoes automated optical inspection (AOI). For BGAs and other hidden-joint packages, we offer X-ray inspection. Each assembly receives functional testing per your test specification. If you do not have a test specification yet, we can help you develop one.
Box Builds & System Integration
Many products require more than just populated PCBs. Our box build services deliver complete, tested systems ready for deployment. We handle enclosure assembly, wire harness fabrication, system integration, and final test, allowing you to deliver products your customers can unbox and use immediately.

CNC Machining
Custom enclosures, brackets, and mechanical components fabricated inhouse. Having CNC capability and sourcing under the same roof means
we control quality and lead times for the mechanical parts that often
bottleneck product builds. Aluminum, steel, plastics, whatever your design
requires.
Supply Chain & Logistics
We manage component sourcing, inventory, and fulfillment so you can focus on your business instead of chasing parts. Our purchasing team monitors lead times and availability, identifies potential obsolescence risks, and finds alternative sources before supply issues become production delays.
